Refunds & Return Product and Order Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to Our Customer: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If a return is necessary, please follow our return policy below.  Oversized or Large items are NOT Returnable unless manufacturing faults.  

RETURN & REFUNDS OF GOODS POLICY: 

Items Orderred Which Need To Be Hand Made & Take 8 To 12 Weeks Cannot Be Cancelled Once Agreed To The Time Scale & The Item Needing To Be Hand Made On The Purchase Day

UK consumers have statutory rights (i.e. rights protected by law) to return items that are faulty. There are also statutory rights to return certain goods purchased online, so called “cancellation rights”. These statutory rights are explained below.

Daiisy also offers customers return rights under our “Change of Mind” policy below. This allows you to return products (subject to exclusions) within 28 days of purchase if you change your mind. See details of our policy and applicable exclusions below.

Please note that where applicable, all refunds will be made back to the original tender type. Where any discount code has been used for any order, the discount amount will apply equally across all products purchased in that order, unless stated otherwise when placing the order. Where any refund is given, this will be up to the amount paid for the order only and will not include any amount saved using any discount code.

A credit will be issued for unused product returned in accordance with the following policy guidelines.

A credit or replacement product will be provided for unused product associated with specific situations out of the Customer’s control, including:

• Product complaints (e.g., product quality, appearance, package integrity, etc.)

• Product shipping issues such as incorrect shipment, damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments

that do not arrive in time for customer use.

Returns will not be accepted as a result of:

• Product deteriorating because of characteristics beyond Daiisy Interiors Ltd control (e.g., improper storage of product, heat, cold, smoke, fire, etc.).

• Unused product being discarded due to improper storage at facility, product unsuitable for restocking. Partial boxes will not be returnable.

• No persons at the Delivery Address for delivery when product is delivered.Exclusions

This right does not apply to the following items, unless they are faulty, damaged, missing or otherwise not in accordance with specification:

  • Personalised items or custom made products such as our Made to Measure products including curtains, blinds and accessories. 

In addition, unless faulty, damaged, missing or otherwise not in accordance with specification, for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned unused and in their original packaging and, if the item has a hygiene or security seal, with that seal intact:

  • Mattress toppers
  • Mattress and bedding protectors
  • Duvets and duvet covers
  • Pillows and pillowcases
  • Throws & Blankets
  • Mattresses
  • Bedsheets
  • Toilet seats

If you wish to cancel your order please follow our returns procedure below. Where goods have been received, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancelling your order. 

Your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged or missing items or goods which are not as described are not affected.

 

RETURN GOODS PROCESS:

To return product, the Customer is to contact Customer Service to obtain a Return, please see below:

Return Material Authorisation (RMA) and a shipping return label. Customer must return product within 14 days RMA being issued with the following:

• Product unit(s) must be unopened and unused

• Copy of RMA must be included in the package with unit(s) being returned.

• The label will indicate what location the return should be sent to for processing.

• Order Reference number must appear outside of the return package.

Customer accounts will be credited when Daiisy Interiors Ltd Receiving/Distribution Department verifies units and RMA match.

Please note: If any unit is returned without a RMA or if a unit in a returned box doesn’t match the RMA issued, that returned unit will be considered unauthorised. No credit will be issued, and the product will be appropriately destroyed.

 

FOR PRODUCT MANUFACTURING COMPLAINTS:

Contact our technical support team at our Customer Service so they may obtain the necessary information and authorize and provide instructions to you for the product’s return.

• You will have the option of a replacement product or a credit.

FOR DELIVERY ISSUES: Contact our Customer Service for delivery issues. If product delivery cannot be successfully facilitated, staff will be ready to assist in arranging a replacement shipment or a credit.
